Two ingredient treat? Sweet!

How much do I need to write here? Honestly, I’d really like to get back to these little chocolate en-robed gems of pure delight, and I need both hands. One to pop a coconut chunk into my mouth and the other to hold the one I’m gonna pop in as soon as I finish the first. Tried and true obsession, meet new obsession!

So what does it take to make these? Just two ingredients! One tried and true obsession, dark chocolate and one new obsession, Trader Joe’s frozen coconut chunks!

Two ingredient dessert!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup dark chocolate (good quality - this may also vary depending on how many you are making)
  • 15 frozen coconut chunk (I love Trader Joe's version)
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  2. Lay out coconut chunks on lined baking sheet.
  3. Melt the chocolate in 30 second intervals until melted
  4. Drizzle chocolate over coconut chunks (if you prefer to dip, go for it!)
  5. Place tray in freezer to set - about 5minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
  7. NOTE: Store in an air tight container in the freezer for up to a week.
