Cookin' Up Caramel!

Ingredients
- ½ cup brown sugar (I actually like to use ½ cup white sugar and a tbs of molasses)
- 2 TBS butter
- ½ cup half-n-half or heavy cream
Instructions
- In a saucepan mix all ingredients over medium heat until boiling. Stir continuously until thickened - about 7minutes.
