Two ingredient treat? Sweet!

- ½ cup dark chocolate (good quality - this may also vary depending on how many you are making)
- 15 frozen coconut chunk (I love Trader Joe's version)
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Lay out coconut chunks on lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate in 30 second intervals until melted
- Drizzle chocolate over coconut chunks (if you prefer to dip, go for it!)
- Place tray in freezer to set - about 5minutes.
- Enjoy!
- NOTE: Store in an air tight container in the freezer for up to a week.
