Ingredients
2 Cups Watermelon Cubed
¼ Red onion diced (how much onion you use will depend on your taste preference)
1oz Goat Cheese - I like to use the herbed variety
Optional - Sprinkle of salt or a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Toss the watermelon and onion together and top with goat cheese. It's that easy!
